Just had my safety inspection. Mostly good but a couple of points to work on. One thing he commented on was the bus bar with exposed connector. Any good ideas on what to do about this?

Other things needed were a CO alarm, which I thought might be the case and that my batteries need terminal covers.

As I understand it, the BSS only requires covers on things which were designed to have covers. If your bus bar was designed to have a cover, I guess you need to find one. Even if it wasn't designed to have a cover, there's little point arguing the toss with BSS examiners, you won't get anywhere. So just make a cover for it.

Was this a + or - bus bar?

I was wrong, the bus bar doesn't need a cover. It's that I have another dodgy one in the battery compartment.
Are any suitable for a 3-way off the battery. Will a 100A one be fine?

Sorry for the basic questions.
