I had a broken engine hatch hinge recently and tried replacing it with the nearest copy I could get. Unfortunately its not an exact match and so not perfect.
After a call to a Binliner dealer they wanted £36 for one 3" hinge. Even that was not the correct part due to Bayliner no longer making them for my 2005 boat.

So after a few web searches and emails I finally found Gold & Wassall(Hinges)Ltd in the UK. They supplied my size hinge in 316 steel and left blank without screw holes so I can drill them to my correct existing GRP holes.
To top that they then supplied and posted 3 number hinges to me for free. :D There are nice people out there.

That's great to hear. I had the same problem a few years ago needing some hinges for my old Riva, failed to find anything like them and couldn't adapt the door without serious butchery so had to bite the bullet and but them from Marina Riva (company in Italy who seem to take over Riva spares for older models) at a high price - can't remember what it was exactly but it was a lot!
