Boat Buying Criteria

Wonder what everyone else thinks, but whilst we waffle on about AVS,stix,ballast ratio,sail area, waterline length,colour etc but when discussing boats with a few boat owners the most important criteria that emerges is

"Is it smelly?"

If SWMBO has anything to do with it, then that's the FIRST criteria!

Some people have no sense of adventure! Personaly, I don't have much of a sense of smell left ! !
