I think their defining criteria is to be able to entice you in with an invite to raid their funbox all while completely denuding you of yours and then grassing you out to the local harbour and waterways rozzers for minor speed infractions with a parting shot of doing a sobriety test should they ever catch up. Not the kind you willingly fraternise with tbh.
