I've got the sniff of a contract in Bradwell-On-Sea, so I'm looking for a location for the boat. I'm on the hard in the middle of a refit, so it has to be a yard that would accept a liveaboard on the hard.

Blackwater Marina, Maylandsea is worth a try. They have a big yard with all kinds of boats from yachts to smacks and Thames Barges being worked on. I am sure there are liveaboard boats on the pontoons but not sure about the hard. It is a working boatyard rather than a posh marina and you can but ask!
