Black swan at Pin Mill?

Is this a genuine black swan? It was accompanied by two 'ordinary' white ones. And no, it wasn't just covered in mud!). I've seen it a couple of times now in the Grindle.

Yes, I saw it this morning too. It was around last year, also with the two white ones but then it disappeared....... 'Glad to see it is still around. Also, this afternoon in Pin Mill I saw THREE young hawks (falcons?) together. I thought they were immature peregrines but my tame expert told me they were probably Hobbies.......
 
There was one last year just above Cattawade, also hanging about (somewhat forlornly) with a white pair (the latter with cygnets).
 
I can confirm that the black swan at Pin Mill is far friendlier than the white pair. They both gave me a good hissing as I inched up to them in the tender, whilst the black one seemed far more relaxed about things. Anyone else heard it said that the white pair are both males and paired up for life? That was the rumour last season, but then Pin Mill is full of salacious gossip at the best of times.
