On our annual cruise, currently in Woodbridge.

In Ioswich Tuesday night, and had a meal at the Bistro, with four other cruisers from the Club. IMHO the Tuesday night special set menu (4 choices min) is the best value on the East Coast, at £50 per couple including bottle of wine, water, service and VAT - don't forget George Osborne gets a tenner of that £50.........

No connection of course other than a satisfied customer.

Glad you had a great meal, we went to Loch Fyne and had one of the worst meals ever, should have stuck with the Greyhound pub.
The so called fresh catch of the day was freezer burnt and the mussels had been poached to a state of near putty, so bad that it embarrassed the waiting staff. They did knock off the price of the worst stuff but still a night wasted.

We also thought Loch Fyne was utter utter rubbish!!!! We quite like the last anchor, Middle of the road on quality and service (and a fab view). Perhaps a little pricey, but never had a bad meal in there!

As for George Osborne getting a tenner........ I'm sure he puts it to good use!!! :ambivalence:
