May/June 2004 Poole - Greece took 5 weeks. Lucky to have a clear weather window predicted for the planned start date so no hanging around. Great sailing (fair bit of motoring), no storms (other than a bit of a rough ride through straits of Gibraltar) It wasn't an option at the time, but my only regret is that we didnt take a lot longer over the trip and not just deliver the boat to Greece. (Agree with comments re this from other forumites)

Thanks Chris, I've heard that the german forecasts are better than the UK ones so I'll take a look.

I'm planning to take my new Bavaria 37 across to Portugal in April. Not sure of route yet but would love to cross Biscay in company. Let me know if you're still up for it. Also looking for crew if anyone's interested

Route is to be decided, really depends on the weather. If it's good I'll keep in and not do the 10Deg crossing.
