The Met Office Deep Dive called it Ex tropical storm Betty, According to that, there was some uncertainty about what it would do, but it was unlikely to be anything but an ex storm.

Looking at the temperature map for Europe, I would think that lower temperatures and a bit of rain would be welcome in Spain.

Yes,expected a dive in temps,even now there is a cool breeze

A named Low is on its way to the Uk and here in Galicia we are expecting the tail end to bring a big drop in temperatures and rain….hopefully
I thought for a moment you were talking about the hot weather, causing you a nasty case of Betty Swollocks. Alas, I got myself a little confused.
