best wiring labels

I tried to label all my wires in the whole house, but I made a big mistake when I was labeling them. I did not check if I have a good label tape. It was so old, so in a couple of days I found most of the labels somewhere in the house, They were blown away by the AC system. After that I found a lot information about Brother tze-231 and I decided to try it, and that was the best option for the money I had. Now I need to label all the wires once again, but for now I am sure that I will find all the label's on their place after a long long time

Brother TZ labels are definitely the most versatile. For wiring, I would have preferred a label under heatshrink but, when the cable is already installed and terminated, it becomes a terrible faff and much more work. The TZ labels are excellent outside also, lasting for years.

But still relevant … he says just having returned from screwfix with a labelling machine and lots of clear heatshrink…?
