best time for servicing engine?

When's the best time to get an engine serviced (ours is a Yanmar 1GM10). Should we do it now, before we lift out for antifouling etc. or after?
I'm expecting to have to replace the cutlass bearing whilst she's out.

Yes, do it now, then you can run the engine and circulate the new oil before taking it out.
