Best bilge keel for under 10k? Or buy fin?

As you are an East Coaster ... maybe its relevant that the Bilge Keel design was basically an East Coast idea because of the regional characteristics .....

I used to have a lift keel Pegasus 800 on the East Coast, worth a look. Also available with bilge and fin keels.
