Does berths sell in spain ? Or are they just for rent ?

I don't know about Alicante marina, but you can buy berths in other marinas in the area. Try asking Navicularia in Torrevieja (google it), they deal with most places or know someone who does - ask for Shekzhad or Alexandria. They have an office in Alicante harbour too.

Berths can be bought and sold and then rented out if needed. A bit like a buy to rent property.
I have a friend with a berth in Rosas, C'Brava, who may be ready to sell. I think it is a 7m berth.

yes you can, we see them for sale in the marina, we rent a birth as it worked out cheaper for us, love alicante plenty to do and places to eat.

yes you are right to see berth up for sale and rent, i think i we put up my berth for sale, 12m by 4.8 m berth in alicante, hope someone my be interested in the berth.
