Grateful if anyone would venture an educated guess whether we’re likely to have any trouble getting a berth in SPP over Easter or the days after Easter - 13.4m/2.1m?

Only a few berths inside the marina with that depth. Outside no problem, and I think you can walk ashore.
Why not give them a call?

Rafting seems a speciality at st pp -I guess you would be outside basin and we have never had issues even in July.
I was at St Peter Port about 4 years ago, late June tied up direct to the pontoon in the outer harbour. About 10 days later in very early July we were rafted up. Quite a bit of boat shuffling in the morning with those wanting to leave, etc.

Outside on Pontoons is fine provided you are comfortable not having shorepower . The links between pontoons can be a little unsteady if returning from a night out in town I am told particularly in any breeze . Personally I would stay outside if just hoping in for a night or two.

Jersey marina,is being rebuilt, there’s no room for local boats, let alone visitors.
Is that really true or is it just making you (understandably) grumpy? ?

Only had shorepower for one night in last year so should manage that. Wobbly pontoons at closing time might be more of a challenge!

I would put money on it being quiet. If the weather is cracking there may be a number of power boats but nothing to worry about. AFAIK there has never been a booking system unless you have an exceptionally large boat.
