Been very impetuous!!!

Congrats, on the new boat, having previously owned one have to agree with others they are a great boat, the helm position on the fly is very sheltered from the wind, unlike our current boat :) hope you have many happy hrs on it.

Thanks dj, the layout and flybridge sold it for us. We use the boat all year and entertain so this works perfectly for us

I'm a bit late to this thread, sorry - but just to add my congrats to those of everyone else. Lovely boat, wishing you many happy times on her.

PS I think you deciding to impulsively buy a second boat is an awesome rebuttal to Brightside's trolling 'terminal decline' thread, well played :D

Thanks Jimmy, have been following your thread with great interest.

Our new boat is in Swanick at the moment and have been meaning to pop over to RK to take a look at your progress.

Ha Ha, good to see peeps moving on up.

When we first saw our S37 we were blown away by the space, I wanted a S48 but my wife convinced me (quite rightly) that a Flybridge would suit our needs better.

When are you taking ownership? We have about 3 weeks until she is ours.

Brilliant boat btw, a friend from Brixham had 1 and was in love the first time I saw her

Hopefully about 2 weeks survey early next week then engine/pod service, valet and anti-fouling, Already done the sea trial and that went very well. Oh and the small matter on my old boat surveying well.

Rich, we only brought her so I could put your tuition into practice lol

Definitely a good sized drinks cabinet but only single malt I'm afraid, will that be ok for you and Rushie?

No prob M8
Hactually, had such a 'Session' on the 29th of December with my eldest Son and Son in Law
Not touched a drop since!! That's 52 days and counting!
Sail Her up for the 'Beer and Natter'
:encouragement:

Hi Shawn, that was the main reason to move away from a Sports Cruiser. Had my heart set on a S48 but Alison convinced me quite rightly that the F43 would be a true all year boat.

Some very well thought out features on the boat that make day to day life more comfortable.

How's the process going with your new boat?

Nice one Andy, the F43 was probably one of the best wins for Sealine over the equivalent aft cabin Fairline.

Sealine managed to create a very large, small boat here that is very practical for year round UK use. If the rumours are true Sealine tried to withdraw the F43 several years earlier but every time they did, more people turned up at the shows and ordered yet another. It's always proven a popular model and very spacious.

Btw. You could call her "Two Jags" (Topical)

Enjoy.:encouragement:
