Battery

Crikey, before the World goes any madder than it has to, can’t you just screw two bits of wood together in an L Shape, put that in the gap with a bit of Sikaflex and, hey presto, the floor is now flat?! ?

It really doesn't matter to the OP; an AGM battery can be fitted any way round, but the chemistry that produces the flow of electrons is the same. An AGM battery contains lead and sulphuric acid, just like my wet cell batteries. Yes, they differ, but they are both lead acid. If I'm likely to get shot at, I reckon AGM batteries would be a great idea, but that doesn't happen much in the Solent.

From the Optima battery website: "The short answer is that AGM stands for "Absorbed Glass Mat," which is a specific type of lead-acid battery"
