I've just replaced some of mine with Lewmar springs. The shape is slightly different, not having one offset leg, but they work OK.
I also found some pawls which fit, problem is they came out of a chandlers miscellaneous box of bits, so we cant identify the manufacturer.
If you have a friendly chandlery, they can probably obtain parts via their wholesalers. However, if you'r not a regular customer there's no profit in it for them.
West Marine claim to have Barlow spares but carriage would cost bundles.

Check out Barlow on the web. They were an Australian Co. who have been taken over by someone else. the new guys are very helpful and supplied me with sets of new roller bearings. If you don't have any luck send me a pm and I will check out their invoice which is not to hand at the minute.

I have two Barlow 19 two speed and two Barlow 24 two speed chrome (non-self tailing) all in good working order if you're interested. No reasonable offer refused.
