Backstay tensioner ID

Anyone recognise this backstay tensioner?
Very nice bit of kit but not a marking on it anywhere; no names no numbers.
Came off an Ecume de Mer 1970s vintage but of course could have been added at any time.

Thanks Davy, but I don't think so. Your link is to what is basically a rigging screw with a hand wheel attached. This tensioner is purpose-built around a much coarser thread.
