Azi 39 at burton

The azimut 39 thats been listed and then removed showing under offer a few times isn't currently showing on their web listings. Is it still for sale?
Ref Azimuts i think they're a nice looking boat, appear to be well fitted out,but can suffer with osmosis, so a survey or competent person to check would be required in my opinion as this obviously has an effect on retail value.

This Azi 42 looks nice.

Real triumph of style over function!
What on earth is the aerofoil thing at the back of the flybridge?
If you are talking about the radar arch, this carries........the radar, other aerials for GPS, Navtex, TV, VHF, and possibly others. You will not find many contemporary flybridge cruisers without a radar arch. Also enables the tonneau to be mounted.

Ribeye 6m on trailer.
As you may recall I asked about running an ex pilot vessel for cruising. But having looked at the attached costs even to a cheapish 40 footer I have decided not to take it any further for the time being. Berthing, insurance and maintenance would be £6k a year.
Much as I would love a motor cruiser the budget has delivered a RIB.
Hopefully get it over to N. Wales in the summer. A trip up the Menai Strait looks interesting.
Fair winds.

Went around Lands End on friends Azi 39, Rafilki, Portishead to Southampton. I jumped ship in Plymouth, got there in two legs, very competent boat from my experiences
Bit bumpy at times but never felt unsafe and plenty of room for three of us and a few Padstow pasties!

£6k a year to berth, insure and maintain a 40ft boat? I'd jump at the chance - it's nearly double that on the South coast for berthing alone.

No mention of fuel in the 6k either but maybe they just sit in the marina . As you if you know of any marinas on south coast for 6 k for a 40foot boat do share details . I suspect in the Hamble it might be near double that ?
