Autopilot motor brushes

Before I make some I was wondering if anyone knew a supplier of very small leadless brushes. Dimensions 3.5 x 2 mm. Failing that any tips for cutting bigger ones down. Was thinking I might need to make a jig.

Without any particular knowledge if you have some oversize ones then it should be an easy but messy job to rub them down by hand on a sheet of 120s grit paper. The size should not be that critical.
