have just been contacted by a friend on the aurora
apparently they have found the source of the outbreak
he went poking down around the lowqer decks
and managed to corner onboard sanitary engineer jimi McHeads
who it appeared had forgotten to empty the ships holding tank which had lain uniscovered since the boats construction
when cornered jimi gave the following statement
ah didnae ken there wis ane o them haeldin tanks aboot yon vessell. sure the smell was michty rare but ah thocht it was thae kitchens or sameone's ripe feet wi' their wellies off
the offending tanks have now been emptied and no further outbreaks of Giardia and cryptosporidium are expected
