I dont know a hell of a lot about Arthur Robb but here goes.
A New Zealander. Designer of such boats as the Lion class (see Classic Boats Nikki Perryman ) quite a few were built by a famous Hong Kong yard ( the name escapes me) and the Princess class( slightly larger with a little more sheer) There are a number of his designs still sailing here in Auckland, perhaps the most notable being the 6 metre Tamatea. I think I have a photo with Tamatea in it. There are certainly some with a lion class in them. I'll dig them out if you like.
