Aquador offer good HT boats. Decent hull shape and they are solidly made. Nimbus is another option, but they tend to build bigger HT, the smallest currenltly is the 280 which I think is Semi_Displacement and if fine if you are ok with going around at 17knts is. Aquador are full plaining hulls.
Generally everything boat from Scandinavia is well built - they use their boats more often as transport as much as for recreation and they have some pretty harsh conditions oop norf.
I do sell Swedish boats mind, so you should probably take that comment with that in mind (even if it is true)
Spent quite a bit of time on a 23HT last year. Great build quality and finish. Happily plowed through some sea conditions that we really shouldnt have been out in.
Feels like a lot bigger boat than it actually is. The blue hulled option is a must.
