Yes, maybe not the same thing exactly; but why would an active corrosion control unit need to integrate with EVC at all ? To switch on a warning light or two on the dash, which the far cheaper earlier units had as an integral pat of the control box anyway? Mercathode worked the same way. More mega £££££££ for VP I suppose !I‘m not sure if what I have linked to is the same thing … it integrates with EVC.
