Anyone recommend an Electrical Schematic CAD programme?

I have done a lot of work to Full Circles' electrical system, and I want to record it all properly on a CAD package so future owners benefit from my erroneous wiring assumptions.
Anyone know of a freeware or demo package that an idiot can work for redoing the schematics?

I have a low boredom threshold on learning this stuff, so please keep it simple.

EasyCAD is a simple app, with loads of elec sysmbols

Yes, it is easy, too.

but if you already have Visio, you can pick up symbols from all kinds of groups.
