Please help.
Can anyone identify this auxillary diesel engine?
I need to know the make, model, revs per min and HP so I can determine whether it will drive a 240v ac alternator.
It may be a Lister.

Thanks in advance.

Sorry but I don't recognise it.

Are there any markings at all on it? There is a code on the housing facing camera but i cant make it out.

Going by the fuel tank it looks like a single pot Petters, that were fitted to construction site concrete mixers and small dumpers. But a Petters would have the makers name emblazened on it.

I expect you'll get an answer here, but if you don't, there's a publication called "Stationary Engine Magazine". If you contact them, they may well be able to help.

Somewhere on the internet is a website run by stationary engine anoraks. I can't remember its name but I think I stumbled upon it once when Googling "hit-and-miss". Maybe someone there can help you.
