I used to keep mine in Poplar Dock many years ago, and lived aboard.

Now I live up North, but have the possibility of working for a City shipping law firm 3-4 days per week.

If you keep your boat in London, and would be happy to rent a cabin to me, then please send me a private message or (better still) email me at post@lawyer.com.

I’d be happy to check things were all tickety-boo on board in the week, check the bilges, batteries and sea cocks, open the hatches for some fresh air, etc. I’m obsessive when it come to having things ‘just so’ on board, and I’ll be working hours that’ll be too long for any kind of evening entertainment.

Many thanks.

You would be best posting this on the Thames forum.
Suspect you will not have a lot of luck though.
Any spare space can command serious money due to city prices and serious shortage of budget living places,

There's a website called "beds on board" or something similar. It's for short term rentals, but you may be able to use it to find owners who would rent their boats out as accommodation, as I suspect most would not. Maybe offer them 5/10% of rental cost if they find you a boat?
