Tewkesbury has masses of pubs, whatever you're looking for you'll find it there. Some have moorings outside.

The Old bear is good, used to drink in the Berkley Arms, a great old pub just by the memorial.

Upton is good place to stop - all the pubs on the quay are good
The chip shop is excellent. As is the chinese "River Severn" .....
