Any recomendation for rod holders

A good quality one that will clamp around a handrail.

Lots out there, but have you any recomendations....

The only one I've bought were from Rox Max - They are CE Smith imported from USA - well built, heavy and quite expensive.. but they look very good.

Your right, they do look very nice.
The plastic ones i was wary of, especially if its cold i would expect them to go brittle.

Scotty rod holders are very good.

I have some onboard you can look at when you are over. If you are going for rail mount it is easy to relocate them, if you are going for flush mount I would wait until you have been fishing a few times to see how the boat drifts and exactly where you want them.

I should be over in two weeks, maybe three. I shall have a look. Rail mount, as not wanting to put more holes in the boat

Got two stainless westmarine ones, as per the ones in the westmarine catalogue ( left hand set of two)

Pair in vgc available for £20 ( the pair) plus post

I paid 80 usd last year so a good deal

I am still about two weeks away from measuring mine up... Im still at work at the moment...

Bought mine from Nautiquipe - notice they are now reduced to £50 quid - bit pricey but extremely good quality

You can see them in the pic - although one of the rubber wotsits came adrift - i glue them in now before fitting.
