Ahha, yes that's the way we have to sail going North 'til we get to the equator - uphill all the way.

Never figured out how the milk stays in my saucer when it is upside down down here though - but never mind, that is a prob for humans to ponder I think. I just lap it up and get mesmorised by the waves traveling across the saucer.

How did they get the fruit in these bottles?

Complete digression, prompted by one of Brendan's photos, showing ripened fruit inside bottles of booze, viz:

The answer is that they place the bottles over the fruit tree buds in the spring and wait for the fruit to grow inside the bottles. In the autumn, they pull the bottles off the trees, taking the fruit with them, top up with brandy or liqueur and place in the shops, to mystify visitors from the UK.

Mad, but true.
