Any liveaboards in or nearby Rotterdam?

We have just moved our boat to Rotterdam and will live on it there the next hopefully many years. This is our first experience living on our boat. I'm reaching out to anyone in the area who are doing the same to maybe compare notes on suitable yards for repairs, drydocking etc, maybe shared experiences with insurance and paperwork, or maybe some of the practicalities that we are still grappling a bit with. For instance, how do liveaboards deal with black water discharge? I haven't seen any functional emptying stations around.

Hm yeah but we'll be a full family onboard and there's realistically no way we will be able to trek to the marina facilities all the time...

Either illegally discharge like an absolute swine (sadly very common), or get used to trekking (one bowel movement a day isn't that much running around), maybe with a bucket+lid or the holding tank for emergencies. Radical thought, occasionally take the boat sailing, which is also convenient for emptying the holding tank.

This is only about poo. Nobody really minds if you pee in the sea as long as you have flushed enough water through after the last solids so that none are left in the pipe, which is a good idea anyways, as it'll keep your pipes from rapidly clogging with calcium deposits.

For the rest, talk to the other liveaboards there!
