Any ideas on how to secure this kitchen device?

So I have gotten an airfryer onboard. Quite the upgrade in terms of my diet. Now I can have fried cod, vegetables and fried potatoes ready at the same time! Very happy about it. But I have not find a smart way to secure it yet. So maybe you practical boat owning mastermind could put an idea or two in my head?

As of now it is standing on its own rubber feet, bein a little bit held by the rubber cloth i have jammed in on top of it. But it is not very tight, nor does it look very smart. Remember that the basket have to come out in front, to the left of it is the wallas stovetop, so nothing can sit over there.

Can you use the fixings for the rubber feet to attach it to a sheet of ply or aluminium with an upstand at the back with which to attach it to the bulkhead or some such...

We have an 'Instant Pot' a computerised pressure cooker.

In the galley it is freestanding. Passing wash or a rolly anchorage, no problem, stays firmly in place.

At sea on passage it is placed on a shelf in the guest cabin and secured with a strong shockcord loop and hooks. Never moves.

You already invented something for the water boilder in background, apparently not completely happy with that?

It is a problem similar to securing gas bottles in boats, RV's, campers etc., so do a Google for "gassbeholder holder" to see a bunch - e.g.

BTW your bananas are ready to be turned into "Irish Bananas" (into a hot oven until all dark brown, then slit the shell open and treat as Irish coffee w/ brown sugar and just enough whiskey :))
Whipped cream or semi-melted icecream on top (y)

@ChromeDome : Another reason why the airfryer is a blessing
I should get something to make whipped cream ;D Not happy with the fastening of the water kettlel It works, but its ugly. Dont want to use that for everything ;)

The feet are realy just small rubber pieces with no bolt going through. But flipping it upside down gave an idea!

If I make to pieces of seaworthy material that fits int the slots on the sides the problem should be solved! Can take the thing home and try to shape a bathroom wall plate or something :)

You could take two or three of those screws out and use longer ones to secure a piece of ply. You could more easily put two or three cable ties through some of the slots and secure to ply. Obs the ply needs to be fractionally bigger than the base to fasten it down.
On my boat it was shock cord and hooks.

Keep it in the sink.

So doesn't my wife's electric oven do that?
Yes - but your wife's electric over does not fit on a yacht, easily. An electric oven only works when the whole interior is at the required temperature an air fryer is small and is designed to cook small quantities - ie its efficient. I think you will find, with the modern trend of the all electric yacht, that airfryers are becoming more common on yachts.

Small is good unless you are roasting a family sized turkey or similar. :(
