Any experience of online chandler Topboats?

I was looking for best price on a Plastimo Contest 101 bulkhead compass and a site called Topboats is nearly 30% cheaper than lowest price from UK dealer, even with postage. They are a Spanish outfit - anyone used them - reliable?

looked at feedback on their site - fair number of V.Poor, mainly delivery issues but also skimpy packaging - wonder if Plastimos product packaging good enough to take a risk on this - wouldn't think compasses take kindly to abuse.
