hm, i'm rather saddened thhat so many people seem to own only one dremel. Over here in the Two-Dremels Clique the qualification is to have apparently lost one, somewhere, and then find it just as you have bought a new one....
anyway, it was nothing to do with cointreau. It was gin. I seem to remeber that it took me and coliholic less that 12 hours to take a machine to a new boat to make the gin bottle fit the perspex shelf hole thingy , but er unfortunately we (him, really) were in a condition that forced us to consider dremeling the actual bottle first of all. Anyway, it all worked out nicely, so no bother.

I also did not realise the usefulness of them until I got one. Think the two things I find most handy are the cutting wheels for shortening hard small ss screws, etc and the grinding wheels for preparation of small nicks for painting or filling.
Especially like the warning in my Dremel manual This product is not intended for use as a dental drill or in medical applications. Serious personal injury may result.
However, in dire circumstances who knows - now I wonder if they do a trepanning cutter, bit of urgent brain surgery required /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif?

I like the manual too. Some of the projects are great. e.g p98 'carve a dried gourd into a bird house'. Now didn't monty python do that one?
Seriously though it is a fantastic bit of kit. I can power mine off my Ring Powerpack 135 Booster/Inverter. Although I think you can get cordless ones now.
