I suggest he trades it in for a ready waterproofed campervan, like this one.

Great animation here. Music is not too bad, if you like that sort of thing.

Your problem will be in finding a manufacturer that makes 18 different colours of antifouling, and sells them all in tiny 200 ml pots.

Edit - the method will clearly have to be airbrushing.

Love the special VW camper van! Would love to have one!
About time yacht designers became more innovative and had the guts to move from the traditional! The nearest I saw to making a start on that was the Discovery 50 using it's cockpit as a jacuzzi! /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif Not much hope for innovation in yacht design then?

I saw that and had a flash back to those mushrooms my mates fed me one night in the mid seventies.

I lived in a similar van for a few months. First night out, I pulled into a field, had a brief stroll, and met the farmer. He asked me to move on, saying they'd had some trouble with new age travellers.
I said, it was OK, I wasn't a new age traveller, I had a job.
He looked at me like he didn't believe me.
So I showed him my tie.
So he said it was alright and off he went.
