As sold by F4. Anybody have experience of these. They claim they will stop sickness when it as started in 5 minutes. Will buy if true.

Studies done by the French Navy swear by them , but no idea if they work although the concept is sound as the eyes transmit the signal to brain on what it is seeing , why you should be oun Deck looking at the horizon and logically telling your brain what your seeing which helps the inner ear understand it all

Great for chasing noisy kids off in the street outside ones house if added to a bit of gurling. gets one an odd reputation though.
as for seasicknes- my daughter was wearing a pair and holds the record for chucking up. 6 minutes from Dover west exit.

As with most "cures" for sea sickness, they'll work if you believe in them.

Didn't work for either of us, except to provide some silly photos.

What does work very well for us is taking it easy for the first passage of the season and then just staying afloat and never losing our sealegs until winter

And Kwells works too.

A bottle of alcoholic ginger beer does the trick. Alcohol reduces sensitivity and ginger is good for nausea.

Been there... done that.... resorted to spending a night in a Marina with a good few hours spent off the boat.
