This is to announce the creation of a Yahoo group specifically for active discussion of storm tactics. If you subscribe to this group, you can get email whenever anyone posts--helpful for active discussions, as opposed to passive viewing. You can get individual emails or daily digests. You can unsubscribe or simply stop the email at any time.
