On the basis that no real boat doesn't have a work in progress / to do list (or is it just me) is there a glimmer of hope for Phoenix making her way out of the Shotley Lock this season?

I've given up making any statements about the likelihood or otherwise of that event!

It'll happen when it happens..... and not any sooner!

Pace of progress is as much determined by funding as available time!

We started one in a book we keep in the chart table when we bought Mermaid.
Seven years later, I'm pleased to say most (but not all - small piece of teak available anyone?) of the ones we first put in there have been sorted.
However, others have arrived at a regular rate.....some still there too.
Stops us getting bored though, eh?

Coming to the end of your job list (can count the outstanding jobs on the fingers of one hand) is kind of scary too.
Afraid that when the day comes I'll just head out and not come back - regardless of the consequences.
