15 years old, not new!
Saw a picie in one oif the boat mags years ago of a very similar machine pulling Barry Sheene behind it, think it was in Oz, so hardly qualifies as a new boat?

They may look a bit cool, if you like that sort of thing, but I understand that they do not have handed gearboxes so they do not have contra-rotating props.
Therefore, they are pigs to berth one way.
Surely there must be some element of usefulness to get a cool rating, otherwise people will drool over all sorts of piles of engineering rubbish with a nice "skin".

I think it's got a funny hunched-up look, of course may be better when in the water but methinks the semi-retro Cris-craft (same mag) looks better.
Still, if we all wanted the same thing, we'd all get killed in the rush.........
