I managed to bent the shaft of my 25kg Delta anchor in a rough anchorage.
I wonder whether it would be advisable to replace it or to have it repaired by a blacksmith.

Repair it ,assuming it is not bent at right angles ,it will be cheaper. Heat will straighten it out,and you will lose some of the galvanizing where it has been heated, it may be a little weaker now but i dont think enough to notice, this is what i would do ,i expect their are some graphs showing how brittle galvanized metal becomes after being heated,
