I agree, it could have been good if he put a bit of effort into it. One of them was about 6 minutes of him slowly feeding anchor chain through this deck while mumbling pretty random stuff. Some editing and a little thought into content would help a lot. It hasn't stopped him gaining a loyal fan base already though. Lots of comments about how he's doing what they think they can only dream of being able to do. Non-sailors can identify with him for obvious reasons.

Eric has introduced a lady in a very skimpy bikini recently.
I got bored with Eric as soon as it was clear it was heavily sponsored with lots of new shiny kit. Not impressed with that big Rolly Sails foresail that keeps jamming.

I just went to check how classlessly he's pimping his girlfriends breasts for views. Before I get there i see "So cool to be hooked up with ePropulsion wich has provided me with their awesome electric outboard engine. And this thing is powerful for its size..!"
But as long as he's clear that they gave it to him I don't begrudge him taking advantage or the manufacturer of a useful product getting a very very cheap advert. I'd never buy something based on that type of review though. There is a huge bias in appreciation for something you got for free. Much more likely to be critical when paying for it. And the youtuber might want to look like a good bet for other manufacturers so just talks everything up. If they keep the test to an isolated video like he has its easy to ignore. Not that he owes us anything anyway, he can do what he wants Adios
