Me too. If we had a link to the digital version we could get a Google (or other ) translation. But having to do a text recognition first is a step too far...

Deary me, I'm far from a linguist, but it's not that hard to make out the first paragraph - that this is a press release, announcing that French customs have seized the yacht Amore Vero at Ciotat (Cote d'Azur) as part of putting into place the EU sanctions against Russia.
