I need to get my alternater checked over and remember a guy working out of a shed near Emsworth. Does anyone know if he is still there? Telephone number?

I use an auto electrician in Cosham. He works out of a lock-up at the back of some flats. You have to drive into Cosham, take the right hand exit opposite the police station and he's up on the right towards the end of the road. I always have to drive around a bit to find him. Good value for money, but I can't find his last invoice with his address.

Just in case you're going to come in from the Hilsea roundabout, it's the left hand exit from the roundabout by the police station, you need to be going west. I live north of Cosham and was on "autopilot".

He's in Westbourne just at the back of Emsworth. Jason, works out of The Old Dairy Workshops in the village, does all sorts of electrical checking/maintenance. Couldn't find the guy in Cosham.

Superstart take all of their local stuff to the guy in the Old Dairy Workshops in Westbourne (I live next door and see their van there all the time!
)It is halfway down White Chimney Row just past the thatched cottages as you come from the village. There's a brilliant stainless welder and fabricator caled Diggy who will make you a brand new exhaust elbow for your Yanmar or Volvo for about 40 quid whilst your there too!!

Colin "Diggy" Barnes. IIRC not specifically a marine or a stainless welder but maybe has shifted in that direction. He was recommended some time ago by "Victorious" aka Russell Ferriday
