air cooler

Hi We are med based and in middle of august it can get pretty hot. Air con is not possible as we do not have power but their are some 12 volt or low power evapouritive coolers around. any one used one of these and any thoughtson whther worth the investment and space on board

The higher the humidity the less effective they are, also note they fill the boat with very moist air and you will have mould all over the place.

Great units in the desert though.
