What are you going to do when they move out and leave flowers on the kitchen table and champagne in the pantry? I see big time guilt trip coming on.

That\'s easy
He'll drink the chamapagne and sell the flowers. Followed by a call to the Old Folks new home asking where they left the chocolates cos he can't fine them and "where are those 2 garden gnomes? Cos they weren't listed on the 'removal' list.
Guilt ... we should report him to Help The Aged...
