Thank you. I was wondering about that. I have already ordered the Rydlyme suggested, so will try that first. Boat only 2 year old and out for Volvo service. Lift is a bit of a mess for such a short time.

Rydlyme is dilute brick acid. There is a whole load of marketing fluff that is rubbish and tried to justify the price of it. Hcl in Spain is e1.25 for 1.5 litres …. Retail in any supermarket

Sorry I forgot to ask. Did you dilute the brick acid? How long did you leave it on before washing off? Thanks.
