Has anyone successfully registered and bought any charts on their website? I've been strugglining for a couple of days and still not succeeded! Very frustrating.

Finally got chart from local shop.
Suggest you do the same if you're not in a hurry.

Never bought from them but I have bought them from the chart agent Imray's and had very good service.

Not charts but I registered an ordered Solent Tidal Stream atlas in 5 minustes. Delivered 2 days later.

Top service.

Also included a sticky return label if not satisfied.

Talk to a few people who know about charts and websites, then see if your website passes muster.

Couldn't find what I wanted on your site - do you try and to make it complicated or did it just happen?,

anyway,

went to one of your dealers, after all they should know what's what - guess what they didn't, so I went to another dealer same story - no I wont tell you who they were. Both these dealers had trouble deciphering your catalogue and neither could advise me on what chart numbers to order, BOTH suggested that looking at your website would be a waste of time - they were right on that one!!


Get it right! I know I am not alone I am sure you could sell more charts if your online presence was more user friendly, and no I am not touting for business!

If I'm buying chrats online I always use Thomas Gunn in Aberdeen. Never had a problem finding the charts, purchasing, delivery, etc etc

Marine Chart Services here or Sea Chest here both have online pictures of the charts too.

Just to say that I placed my order for 4 Admiralty leisure folios with Marine Scene today and they have already dispatched them. The website was very user friendly too! This is the second time I have ordered from them and they dispatched a folding launching trolley to me the same day as receipt of order for my first order. Good service eh?

Very good ,no fuss, efficient service. If they haven't got it , it probably doesn't exist.

One of the senor RN officers working at UKHO is an old friend who I have sailed with in the past. (Starngely I bumped into him only a few days ago in the cheese shop in Tavistock).
