Absolute

Contact their marketing manager, otherwise known as AlistairR on these forums. If that fails then I think some other bod called Nautical has something to do with them ...

Looks like the Nautical bod is going semi displacement now.....

"Absolute and Ocean Nautic part ways"

By IBI Magazine/Motor Boats Monthly

Boat dealer Ocean Nautic has revealed that its long-standing distribution deal with Italian sportscruiser manufacturer Absolute is coming to an end.

The UK dealer will now focus its energies on selling long-distance, semi-displacement cruisers after being appointed European importer for Outer Reef motoryachts.

Outer Reef boats are part of the American Global Yacht Group, whose other brands Ocean Nautic will also act on behalf of in the UK.

Outer Reef trawler yachts are not well known in Britain, but like many other boats of their kind are built in Taiwan. The range currently runs from 17.7m-35.1m (58ft-115ft).

Ocean Nautic's MD, Trevor White, says: "Over the last year or so we have seen a shift in many of our clients' expectations with regards to greener technology and more fuel efficient yachts. I am delighted that we have aligned ourselves and formed partnerships with some very proactive companies in this area."

Given Trev was one of the founder disributors and given the large discounts on his stock boats and the move to hard tops I think they are not selling fast! Marina Marbella has a stock boat list growing by the day....Absolutes were the last of the great open sports boats...the 45 is a Legend....but the current crop seem like every other Italian sports boat (excluding 52!).

Still love them though

I still hanker after a 39, but they are soooooo expensive on the second hand market that realisticly I would end up buying something else.

I wonder if the SIBS stand is all bought and paid for and by whome?
