regarding weather forecasts.
If we view weather forecasts as scientific reports that are of use to mariners we are often dissatisfied with the result. You stay home because of a bad forecast and it turns out nice and end up fighting for your life in a reported SW3-4 that becomes a tempest.
Well I know your a bunch of risk takers and not shy of a profit making scheme so I'm looking for partners in my new wheez.
Weather Bookmaking. We could offer odds on the outcome of forecasts. Being yotties we know it never turns out like they say at the met office. We'd clean up.
