7 and 8 pin car radio connectors, not boaty.

This is not boaty but I hope to tap into the huge knowledge and experience base of the forum.

I’m looking for two car radio connectors. One is 7 pin, the other is 8 pin. Both are in-line, as shown in the picture.

Each pin is 2.8mm wide, 0.8mm thick.

Any pointers much appreciated, thanks in advance.

Local breakers yard, chop a lump off the loom.

Or, 2.8mm x 0.8mm is the same size as Raymarine ST60 terminals, spade connectors are readily available.

Could you just get a ready made adapter, something like these from Halfords, for conversion direct to a standard/ modern radio?



Or similar with the ISO part in one plug..

Thanks, Paul, I’ve been asking breakers for the last 6 months………….

I’ve looked at 2.8mm spades but not sure that there is enough gap spacing.

Edited: The eBay one looks perfect, Martin. The Halfords adaptor is male/female opposite of what I need. Thank you.
